CODA DI VOLPE IGT
The clayey and calcareous soils with the presence of volcanic ash and its almost centenary vines lying along the slopes of Paternopoli welcome the Coda di Volpe and make the grape ripen at the end of September. The 2CUNTI carries out the fermentation and ageing in steel for 10 months with subsequent refinement in the bottle for 2 months for malolactic fermentation and does not undergo any filtration.
The annual production is of 4500 bottles
